Mark Polonia is one of the reference names for the most avid fans of cheap close-to-zero-budget creature flicks. With over 70 titles on his back since the 1980s, he is known for Church of the Damned (1985), Razorteeth (2005), Dinosaur Chronicles (2004), Amityville Death House (2015), Sharkenstein (2016), Bride of the Werewolf (2019), Shark Encounters of the Third Kind (2020), Virus Shark (2021), Dune World (2021), Noah’s Shark (2021), Sharkula (2022), or Doll Shark (2022). We can see a little shark obsession here, so it is not a surprise that this summer he is releasing two of his most recent works and they center on gigantic sharks devouring whatever is on their way.
Jurassic Shark 3: Seavenge (2023) is the sequel to Jurassic Shark (2012) and Jurassic Shark 2: Aquapocalypse (2021). The unstoppable Megalodon is back, stalking the inhabitants of a stranded boat off the coast of a small fishing community. A reporter, her cameraman, and some thieves must work together to finally put an end to this legendary man-eater, but that won’t be easy as this aquatic serial killer has emerged to exact its own brand of revenge on them.
Jada Sanchez, Tim Hatch, Jamie Morgan, Yolie Canales, James Carolus, Natalie Himmelberger, Titus Himmelberger, and Jeff Kirkendall star.
Jurassic Shark 3: Seavenge (2023) is out on digital and DVD on June 13, 2023. Watch its official trailer here.
On the other side of the coin, the same coin, in Cocaine Shark (2023), a mafia drug lord has unleashed a new, highly addictive stimulant on the streets called HT25, derived from sharks held captive in a secret lab, which causes monstrous side effects. After an explosion and leak at the lab, an army of mutated, bloodthirsty sharks and other creatures are set loose on the world as a small band of people try to stop the carnage.
Samantha Coolidge, Ryan Dalton, Natalie Himmelberger, Titus Himmelberger, Jeff Kirkendall, and Noyes J. Lawton star with Bando Glutz (Christmas Craft Fair Massacre (2022)) being the writer of the screenplay this time.
