Writing that final paper is going to become a deadly experience. Fantasy horror "Cram" is out this week

“Study like your life depends on it”. That is the headline of the fantasy and horror movie CRAM (2021), but it’s also the motto and lait motive for many students around the world who are willing to forge a decent future for themselves. I have also been there, many of us have, and those were really terrifying times! Being an adult it’s not as cool as we thought it would be when we were younger but is there anything more stressful and horrifying than being a student, especially when it’s finals season? I think not.

The movie centers on Marc, who must do what he gotta do to pass. Desperate to finish his final paper, he struggles to cram all night in the library. After dozing off, Marc awakens to discover that his paper has vanished! Looking for answers and a way out of this nightmare, Marc is drawn deeper into the mysterious and enchanting stacks. Alone in the library (or so he thinks), Marc is easily frightened and considers giving up. But the library has other plans for him.

This is the debut feature film of the writer and director Abie Sidell, also executive producer with his own brand Radical Rhinoceros Pictures and acting in other technical duties as the editor and composer of the movie.

The main cast in CRAM (2021) is formed by John DiMino, Jane Bradley, Carolina Do, Conrado Falco III, Sajda Waite, Brandon Burton, and Rolando Chusan.

The movie was part of the Austin Film Festival in September 2021, and now it is scheduled for a digital release from Terror Films on March 17, 2023.
