Battle Drone (2018) is already available to sell on domestic video and on some streaming Video on Demand services, but the producers have released recently the first trailer for the movie. This action science-fiction sort of a hybrid between The Expendables and The A-Team is based on a group of skilled mercenaries that find themselves betrayed by the US government and are forced to fight their way out of an ambush by a new, and lethal team of human droids. Lots of flying bullets and badass robots in a flick that in fact is better than what it looks like.
Mitch Gould, a professional stunts artist with an extense career including films like Domino (2005), Ultraviolet (2006) or Twilight (2008), has been in charge to direct Battle Drone (2018). He is also co-writer of the screenplay together with Jo Marr and Michael Philip. Dominique Swain, Natassia Malthe, Michael Paré, Louis Mandylor, Jason Earles, Oleg Taktarov, Dan Southworth, Richard Reid, Robert Reynolds and Steve Pound are the stars of the film.
The movie can be available on Netflix on several territories. Check out here the trailer for Battle Drone (2018):
