The death of a father arise a horrible family secret in "Woe"

Woe (2020) is a horror and mystery thriller that had an extensive film festival run since its premiere the last year. Now, the movie is set for a digital release.

Centering on a family struggling with the drama of the deceased loved ones, a brother and sister stumble upon their father’s secret one year after his death. They soon learn that this secret may not be his alone.

This is the debut feature film of the editor, writer, and director Matthew Goodhue after a few short films including the awards-winner horror story Dames (2018).

The main cast for Woe (2020) is formed by Jerilyn Armstrong, Russell Becker, Adam Halferty, Ryan Kattner, DeVaughn LaBon, Jessie Rabideau, Flora Rubenhold, James Russo, and Jason Tippet.

After being nominated for Best Feature at the Chicago Horror Film Festival, and winning the Best Cinematography and Audience Award Best Feature Film at the Massachusetts Independent Film Festival, Woe (2020) is finally being released on digital on June 15, 2021.
