Cold Blooded Killers (2021) and At Night Comes Wolves (2021) are two horror-thrillers that a priori have not many similarities, but they both got released last week so why not let them share a little space here?
Formerly being called Killer Rose, Cold Blooded Killers (2021) is set on the Padgett County line, where there is a rundown strip club called the Golden Monkey, run by Becky Cross who is sexy but tough as nails. One of her girls, Misty, was brutally murdered in the parking lot. Three nights later, her sister Rose shows up to investigate. The women must team up, find the man that killed Misty, and get their revenge. Hank, the man responsible for Misty’s murder, begins hiring hit-men to kill the women. Big mistake. The hunt is on.
Rickey Bird Jr. was the original writer and director of the movie before some reshoots were done. He also is responsible for other low-budget action-horror films like Booze, Broads and Blackjack (2020), or the Naked Zombie Girl segment in Zombie Wars (2020).
Caroline Williams, Dave Sheridan, Felissa Rose, Judson Mills, Brinke Stevens, Gabrielle Stone, Sheri Davis, Tracy Lear, Nicole Cinaglia, and Yan Birch form the main cast.

On the other side, At Night Comes Wolves (2021) takes place after being objectified by her husband Leah Shaffer abandons her marriage, and falls into a destined kinship with a small cult bent on ending misogynistic culture and transcending to a place beyond the stars.
