Following the trail left by films like Red Eye (2005), Snakes on a Plane (2006) or Flight of the Living Dead (2007), where all kind of weird and horrific shit happen in airborne airplanes, now it’s the time to have a demonic possession taking over the aircraft. Now it’s the time for Exorcism at 60,000 Feet (2019).
According to the official plot of the film,
We all know that air travel can be hell – but on the last flight of a transatlantic passenger airliner, things turn positively demonic when a pandemic of infernal possessions breaks out, spreading from passenger to passenger … and eventually to the pilot. In order to land safely and survive, a priest, a rabbi, and the surviving crew must band together against the most ungodly turbulence imaginable.
Exorcism at 60,000 Feet (2019) is the new movie from The Ghouls (2003) and Parasites (2016) director Chad Ferrin. It has been written by the actor, producer, writer, and the director’s frequent collaborator Robert Rhine, together with Daniel Benton.
The main cast for Exorcism at 60,000 Feet (2019) includes a good handful of known faces in horror movies like Adrienne Barbeau (The Fog (1980), Escape from New York (1981)), Bill Moseley (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 (1986), Night of the Living Dead (1990), The Devil’s Rejects (2005)), Lance Henriksen (Aliens (1986), Near Dark (1987), Pumpkinhead (1988)), Kevin J. O’Connor (Deep Rising (1998), The Mummy (1999), Van Helsing (2004)), and Bai Ling (The Crow (1994), The Breed (2001)).
