Yesterday’s Girl (2018) is a science-fiction action drama about a young woman who awakens in a world devastated by a meteorite strike, yet she recalls her own death 70 years ago. Searching for answers she finds plague, destruction, madness and a terrifying adversary, who confronts her with a long-forgotten memory and an impossible choice.
The movie is the debut film of Mike Garrick, who was also the writer together with Steven J Heath, the producer, special effects artist, second unit director and jack-of-all-trades in Yesterday’s Girl (2018). Kaysia Dowie, Chris Baird, Tayla Holborow, Greg Kennedy, Craig Lindeman, Ben Tranter, Lucas Tooley, Frank Oaks and Steven J Heath as Dark Hunter star in the film.
