Caverna (2023) is an Italian dream-like fantasy drama that tells the story of a cyclops who strangles a man and chases a princess through a forest.
In a theater workshop outside of Florence, students Giorgia and Lorenzo act out their dreams and childhood traumas, as teacher Alba pushes them to confront their inner myth.
This is the debut feature film of the tandem of filmmakers formed by Daniel Contaldo and Hannah Swayze. Swayze is also the producer and writer of the movie.
The main cast in Caverna (2023) is formed by Giorgia Tomasi, Lorenzo Passaniti, Catarina Fornaciai, Fabio Benvenuti, Elia Nichols, Marco Lombardi, and Tania Lombardi.
