A serial killer in a roller-skate park in horror-slasher "Death Rink"

We all know serial killers have their preferred victims in good-looking youngsters. And a good place to find youngsters is recreation centers. So, after slaughterings in summer camps, amusement parks, or on lonely nights where babysitters are trying to make a buck or two, why not in a skating rink? After all, distributors Wild Eye Releasing have called the low-budget horror-slasher movie Dead Rink (2019) “Roller Boogie meets Friday the 13th”.

Also known as Skateway Massacre, the movie centers on the closing staff of a local roller skating rink when they find themselves being stalked and slashed by a mysterious figure in their midst.

Dead Rink (2019) has been written and directed by Daniel Zubiate, who has experience as a stand-in and stunts performer in movies like The Mule (2018), Machete Kills (2013), or Transcendence (2014), and has already debuted behind the cameras in the films Los Gringos (2006) or Dead Drunk (2007), as well as some short films and documentaries.

The main cast of the movie consists of Amanda Courtney, Caedmon Holland, Alan Humphrey, Kim Johnson, Katheryn McCune, Robert Posey, Meg Smith, and Ian Troy.

Dead Rink (2019) is set for a digital release on May 21, 2021. Here you can watch its trailer. Heads are gonna roll!
