Wolf Hollow (2023) is a horror movie centering on a group of young filmmakers led by neophyte producer Alex Romero who venture out on a location scout in rural Pennsylvania. Deep into the backcountry, it quickly becomes apparent they have stumbled onto a family of werewolves and must now survive the night.
The movie is starring two veteran scream queens, Felissa Rose, the survivor of Sleepaway Camp (1983) that lately is appearing in a bunch of notable gory productions like Terrifier 2 (2022), Knifecorp (2021), or Victor Crowley (2017), and Lynn Lowry, the star in George A. Romero’s The Crazies (1973), David Cronenberg’s Shivers (1975), and Paul Schrader’s Cat People (1982) who has also been attached to the horror genre in more recent titles like Bathtub Shark Attack (2023), Fang (2022), and Rabid (2019).
Hannah Fierman, Angel Nichole Bradford, BJ Mezek, Valena Zitello, Kamarra Cole, and August Kyss complete the main cast.
Wolf Hollow (2023) is produced, co-written, and directed by Mark Cantu, a prolific filmmaker in the horror genre who has been also behind Elite (2017), Night Zero (2018), Average Joe (2021), and Massacre Academy (2021). Brian Ceponis is the co-writer of the screenplay and also has a supporting acting role.
