A blood cult fucks with the wrong lady in revenge thriller "I Am Rage"

I Am Rage (2023) is an action thriller in the style of the classic violent revenge films of the 1980s and 1990s where an ancient cult embroiled in a sinister blood trade makes the deadly mistake of abducting a young woman with a violent shocking past.

In the film, Erin’s idyllic countryside trip turns to terror when a sinister blood cult abducts her. But they made a grave mistake, her abductors soon learn the painful consequences of crossing someone with severe anger issues.

This is the new movie of the writer and director David Ryan Keith, also responsible for the horror titles Attack of the Herbals (2011), The Redwood Massacre (2014), Ghosts of Darkness (2017), The Dark Within (2019), and Redwood Massacre: Annihilation (2020). Stephen Durham is the producer and co-writer of the film, known for also being behind another title of similar characteristics, Army of One (2020).

Hannaj Bang Bendz, known for her participation in the fantasy and horror films Last Weekend (2017), Three Pints and a Rabbi (2021), and Deadly Perfect (2021), plays the main role in a cast that also includes Marta Svetek, Antonia Whillans, Derek Nelson, Luke Aquilina, Jamie B. Chambers, Niko Foster, and Debbie Sheridan.

I Am Rage (2023) is produced by 2nd Nature Films and Clear Focus Movies, and distributed by Uncork’d Entertainment. Keith Leopard, the President Uncork’d Entertainment stated that “an action extravaganza with brilliantly choreographed action and fight sequences and a terrific performance by Hannaj Bang Bendz, I Am Rage (2023) is likely to be added to many watchlists this summer.
